This committee is divided up into 2 parts:
Part 1- Contacting new parents to the
district or parents with newly diagnosed children to help answer any
questions regarding the SEPAC and send them in the right direction to
the correct person or pass on their info to another SEPAC member who
can help them. If you get a call from a SEPAC member, you most likely
are speaking to a Parent Liaison Committee member.
Part 2-By bringing information to each schools PTA’s about SEPAC and
being a contact person within that organization, we can help other
parents find us and know that we are here!. Parents will be asked to
volunteer to help out in this area to be the contact person at their
child’s school.
